I am so excited to welcome to the podcast my first guest Steph to talk about all things dreams and how to create a life up to your dreams.  Steph is the wild woman and herbalist behind Kraken Apothecary.  She began studying herbalism in 2008 and making her own products in 2010 after making a major lifestyle change and not being able to find suitable replacements for the products she had been using.

In this episode, Steph and Luana talks about how if you start small and take one step at the time, you can create your dream life. Steph shares a lot of wisdom and nuggets from her own experience to inspire everybody to step into their power and create a life up to their dreams. It also shared mentors and books that influenced her to transform her life.
